REGULAMIN KORZYSTANIA Z BONÓW PODARUNKOWYCH MUNJA
1. Bony Podarunkowe Munja (dalej: Bon) uprawniają okaziciela do skorzystania ze wszystkich usług oferowanych w Restauracji Munja, zgodnie z wartością widniejącą na Bonie.
2. W ofercie dostępne są Bony o wartości: 50 zł, 100 zł, 150 zł, 200 zł oraz 500 zł.
3. Bony można nabyć bezpośrednio w Restauracji Munja lub poprzez stronę internetową.
4. Każdy Bon zakupiony online posiada oznaczoną wartość oraz unikalny kod i jest wysyłany drogą mailową na adres e-mail podany podczas zakupu.
5. Bon zakupiony za pośrednictwem strony internetowej zostanie wysłany w ciągu 1 godziny od momentu zaksięgowania płatności.
6. Bon jest jednorazowy.
7. Bon nie podlega zwrotowi ani wymianie na gotówkę.
8. W przypadku niewykorzystania pełnej wartości Bonu, niewykorzystana kwota nie podlega zwrotowi.
9. Jeśli wartość usługi przewyższa wartość Bonu, posiadacz Bonu może dopłacić brakującą różnicę.
10. Bon jest ważny przez 6 miesięcy od dnia jego wystawienia. Data ważności widnieje na Bonie.
11. Niewykorzystanie Bonu w wyznaczonym terminie skutkuje jego wygaśnięciem i nie stanowi podstawy do dochodzenia jakichkolwiek roszczeń wobec Restauracji Munja.
12. Bon należy okazać obsłudze przed wystawieniem rachunku fiskalnego.
13. Bon może być przedstawiony w formie papierowej (wydrukowanej) lub elektronicznej (na ekranie urządzenia mobilnego).
14. Zakup Bonu oznacza akceptację niniejszego regulaminu. Użytkownik Bonu oświadcza, że zapoznał się z jego treścią i akceptuje go w całości.
15. Regulamin korzystania z Bonów obowiązuje od dnia 23 czerwca 2017 roku i jest dostępny w lokalach Restauracji Munja: przy ul. Grzybowskiej 43, 00-855 Warszawa oraz ul. Grzybowskiej 60, 00-844 Warszawa.
REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF MUNJA GIFT VOUCHERS
1. Munja Gift Vouchers (hereinafter: Voucher) entitle the holder to use any of the services offered at the Munja Restaurant, up to the value indicated on the Voucher.
2. Available Voucher values include: 50 PLN, 100 PLN, 150 PLN, 200 PLN, and 500 PLN.
3. Vouchers can be purchased directly at the Munja Restaurant or online via the restaurant’s website.
4. Each Voucher purchased online contains a designated value and a unique code, and is sent via email to the address provided during the purchase process.
5. Vouchers purchased through the website will be delivered within 1 hour of payment confirmation.
6. Each Voucher can be used only once.
7. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. If the full value of the Voucher is not used, the remaining amount is non-refundable.
9. If the value of the service exceeds the Voucher value, the holder may pay the difference.
10. The Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The expiration date is stated on the Voucher.
11. Failure to use the Voucher within the validity period will result in its expiration and does not entitle the holder to any claims against the Munja Restaurant.
12. The Voucher must be presented to the staff before the fiscal receipt is issued.
13. The Voucher can be presented in printed form or electronically on a mobile device screen.
14. Purchasing a Voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Voucher holder confirms that they have read and fully accept the contents of these terms and conditions.
15. These terms and conditions have been in effect since June 23, 2017, and are available at the Munja Restaurant locations: ul. Grzybowska 43, 00-855 Warsaw and ul. Grzybowska 60, 00-844 Warsaw.
